• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Major Cities: 2–4 working days

• Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or applied as a flat rate.

• Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp so you can track your parcel.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver all over Pakistan.

For bulk / wholesale orders, delivery time and charges may vary depending on location and order size.

Shipping & Returns

If you receive:

• Damaged item

• Defective product

• Wrong order

You must report it within 3 days of delivery.

After verification:

• Product will be exchanged or

• Refund will be issued (if applicable)

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
